François de Varenne
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
François joined the SCOR Group in 2005 as Director of Corporate Finance and Asset Management. In September 2007, he was named Group Chief Operating Officer. In October 2008, he became member of SCOR Executive Committee in charge of Investments and founded SCOR Investment Partners as Chief Executive Officer. In September 2021, along with Investments, his responsibilities were expanded to include Transformation, Technology and Group Corporate Finance. In November 2021, he became Chairman of SCOR Investment Partners’ Supervisory Board. François began his career at the Fédération Française des Sociétés d’Assurances (FFSA) in 1993 as Manager of Economic and Financial Affairs. In London, beginning in 1998, he served successively as Insurance Strategist with Lehman Brothers, Vice-President for asset management solutions, and structured transactions specialist in insurance and reinsurance companies at Merrill Lynch and then at Deutsche Bank. In 2003, he became Managing Partner of Gimar Finance & Cie.
Francois is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and a civil engineer of the Ponts et Chaussées. He holds a PhD in finance and graduated as an actuary from the Institut de Science Financière et d’Assurances (ISFA).

Fabrice Rossary
Chief Executive Officer
Fabrice joined SCOR Investment Partners in 2009 as Head of credit and was promoted to Chief Investment Officer in April 2011. Fabrice is member of the Executive Board of SCOR Investment Partners. In October 2021, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of SCOR IP. Previously he was Head of investment grade credit at Fortis Investment. He started his career in 1997 at Finacor-Monecor in London.
Fabrice holds a Master Degree in Financial Techniques and Banking from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. He is a CFA charterholder.

Marie-Suzanne Mazelier
Chief Investment Officer
Marie-Suzanne joined SCOR Investment Partners in March 2015 as Head of Aggregate. In October 2021, she is appointed Chief Investment Officer to oversee all of SCOR IP’s portfolio management teams, including the fixed income, corporate loans, infrastructure, real estate, insurance linked securities, fund selection and sustainability teams. From 2013 to 2015, she was Senior Credit Portfolio Manager at Amundi. She started her career as Aggregate Potfolio Manager and Head of Inflation Strategy at BNP Paribas Investment Partners.
Marie-Suzanne is graduated from ESSEC Business School and holds a Master Degree in Economy, Mathematics and Econometrics from Paris II University.

Louis Bourrousse
Head of Business Development
Louis Bourrousse joined SCOR in 2013 as Head of Strategy & Development at SCOR Global Investments, before being promoted to Head of Strategic Planning & Investments in 2017 and Head of Investment Business Performance in 2019. In October 2021, he is appointed Head of Business Development to oversee sales and marketing as well as distribution partnerships. He is member of the Executive Board of SCOR Investment Partners. He started his career in 2006 as an investment banker specializing in mergers and acquisitions at Oddo BHF and Nomura.
Louis is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ENSAE ParisTech.

Eric Talleux
Chief Risk Officer
Eric joined SCOR Investment Partners as Chief Risk Officer in December 2014 after 5 years at Lyxor AM, where he was Head of Volatility Management and then Chief Risk Officer. Eric began his career at Banque Paribas Paris in 1993. Eric is member of the Executive Board of SCOR Investment Partners.
Eric graduated of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique.

Benjamin Ayache
Chief Operating Officer
Benjamin joined SCOR Investment Partners in 2010 as Compliance and Internal Controls Officer and was appointed General Secretary in 2011. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer at the end of 2014. Previously he worked at Deloitte & Associés. Benjamin began his career in 1999 at Constantin Associés. He is member of the Executive Board of SCOR Investment Partners.
Benjamin holds a Public Accountancy Diploma (D.E.C) and graduated from ICS Bégué.

Alexandre Stoessel
Head of Fixed Income
Alexandre joined SCOR Investment Partners in 2009 as Senior Credit Portfolio Manager. He was promoted to Head of Credit in April 2011 and to Head of High Yield, Convertibles & Alternatives in February 2019. In October 2021, he is appointed Head of Fixed Income to oversee all fixed income asset classes including government bonds, covered bonds, Agency MBS, investment grade and high yield corporate bonds. Previously he was Head of credit arbitrage strategies at ADI. He started his career in 1996 as a front office developer at Société Générale Capital Market.
Alexandre graduated from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Informatique et Mathématiques Appliquées de Grenoble (ENSIMAG).

Jennifer Goeytes
High Yield Portfolio Manager
Jennifer joined SCOR Investment Partners in March 2016 as a portfolio manager focused on pan european high yield bonds, within the High Yield & Leveraged Finance team.
Prior to that, shes was aggregate portfolio manager at Groupama Asset Management, since 2010. She started her career in 2009 at Edmond de Rothschild Investment Managers, within the fixed income team.
Jennifer holds a Master in asset management from Paris Dauphine University.

Michael Hayat
Aggregate Portfolio Manager
Michael joined SCOR Investment Partners in 2013 as Portfolio Manager after 3 years at Groupama AM as Fixed Income/Aggregate Portfolio Manager. He started his career in 2004 as Credit Portfolio Manager at Société Générale AM (Amundi).
Michael holds a Master Degree in Financial Markets (DESS 203) and in Computer Science (MIAGE) from Paris Dauphine University.
Rémy Chupin
Head of Corporate Loans
Rémy joined SCOR Investment Partners in 2009 as a Credit Portfolio Manager focused on Euro high yield bonds and leveraged loans after 2 years at SGAM AI and 4 years at ADI. He started his career in 2003 at ADI as a Quantitative Analyst
Rémy is graduated from INSA Toulouse, an engineering school (Master Degree specialized in probability) and Paris VII University (Master Degree in applied mathematics to finance).

Tiphaine Delaforge
Portfolio Manager, Corporate Loans
Tiphaine joined SCOR Investment Partners in October 2012 as a Senior Credit Analyst focused on leveraged loans.
In October 2021, Tiphaine was promoted to Portfolio Manager, Corporate Loans. She started her career in 2007 as a High Yield Credit Portfolio Manager-Analyst at Edmond de Rothschild Investment Managers in Paris.

Paola Basentini
Head of Infrastructure Investments
Paola joined SCOR Investment Partners in 2014 after 5 years at Dexia. She started her career in 2001 as a Financial Analyst at the task force PPP of the Italian Minister of Economy and Finance.
Paola holds a Master degree in Corporate Finance from Milan’s Bocconi University.

Siméon Heyman
Infrastructure Fund Manager
Siméon joined SCOR Investment Partners in 2013 as an Infrastructure Analyst and was promoted Fund Manager in June 2017. In 2010, he started his career at Société Générale CIB. In 2011, he moved to BNP Paribas CIB in Abu Dhabi (U.A.E.).
Siméon holds a Master in banking and financial engineering from ESC Toulouse and a degree in Civil Engineering (C.U.S.T.).
Karine Trébaticky
Head of Real Estate Asset Management
Karine joined SCOR in 2008 as Real Estate asset Manager and then SCOR Investment Partners in 2011 with the same position and has been promoted to head of Real Estate Asset Management in December 2018. She started her career in 1997 with a regional real estate developer.
Karine holds a Master in Management Science from CFA SUP 2000 and a Master in Real Estate from CNAM – ICH. She is RICS member since 2011.

Pierre Saeli
Head of Real Estate Loans
Pierre joined SCOR Investment Partners in October 2022 as Head of Real Estate Loans. He started his career in 1998 as a credit analyst in New York with Crédit Lyonnais Americas. He then worked for 6 years at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in M&A in London and New York. In 2005, he joined The Royal bank of Scotland as a director in the real estate finance department. In 2012, he moved to La Banque Postale Asset Management to start and lead the real estate debt fund business.
Pierre is a graduate from HEC Paris.

Jérémy Schmidt
Real Estate Debt Fund Manager
Jérémy joined SCOR Investment Partners in September 2020 as Real-Estate Debt Fund Manager.
Previously, he worked at Natixis for over nine years in various roles including Origination and Portfolio Management of Real Estate Debt.
Jérémy holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the ESSEC Business School.

Sidney Rostan
Head of ILS
Sidney joined SCOR Investment Partners in July 2015 as ILS Portfolio Manager. He was promoted to Head of ILS in April 2019. Before joining SCOR Investment Partners, Sidney spent nine years at Natixis where he was in charge of the ILS business. His responsibilities included origination, structuring and placement of Cat Bonds and private transactions.
Sidney holds a Master’s in capital market finance from the Skema Business School, Sophia Antipolis.

Grégory Scheffer
ILS Portfolio Manager
Grégory joined SCOR Investment Partners in June 2011 as a Quantitative Analyst and Portfolio Manager, became ILS Analyst in June 2014 and ILS Portfolio Manager in April 2019. He started his career in 2001 at Natexis as an Analyst with the equity and derivatives prop-trading team.
Grégory holds a Doctorate (Ph.D) in Mathematics from the Toulouse University and an engineering degree from ENSAE (Sup'Aéro).

Pierre-Sylvain Chaumet
ILS Portfolio Manager
Pierre-Sylvain joined SCOR Investment Partners in October 2021 as ILS portfolio manager. Before joining SCOR Investment Partners, he worked as a senior natural catastrophe risk analyst for more than 5 years at LGT ILS Partners Ltd. in Zurich. Pierre-Sylvain started his career at Scor UK Limited in London in 2010 as a natural catastrophe modeler. He then joined the Natural Catastrophe Risk department of Scor Global P&C in Paris in 2012 to cover the Western Europe area.
Pierre-Sylvain holds a Master "Applied Mathematics and Informatics" from Université Catholique de l’Ouest in Angers.

Sophie Duclos-Grenet
Head of Fund Selection
Sophie joined SCOR Investment Partners in May 2014 as a Legal Officer to support the investment team. In October 2021, she is appointed Head of Fund Selection. She began her career at Banque Worms in 2000 before joining ABN AMRO and Natixis.
Sophie holds a Master in Business Law from the Law University of Aix-en-Provence and a postgraduate degree in International Business Lawyer, University Paris V, complemented by an LL.M. "International Business and Trade" from Fordham University in New York.

Elsa Blotière
Head of Sustainable Investment
Elsa joined SCOR Investment Partners in October 2022 as Head of Sustainable Investment. Elsa has nearly 10 years of experience in ESG analysis at Amundi and Kepler Cheuvreux. She was in charge of many sectors including Aerospace and Defense, Real Estate, Construction and has studied several topics such as supply chain, circular economy, biodiversity issues. Elsa also occupied several positions as Portfolio Manager and Analyst within Amundi's multi-management team and at ING IM.
Elsa holds a Master’s degree in Banking Finance and International Trade and a Magistère in Economics and Finance from Bordeaux IV University. She is also CFA charterholder.

Louis Bourrousse

Alexandre Jaegle
Head of Sales
Alexandre joined SCOR Investment Partners in 2013, serving as Head of International Sales responsible for the Benelux countries and Northern Europe, and subsequently Head of Client Solutions – Eurozone. Prior to joining SCOR Investment Partners, he spent five years at Groupama Asset Management. Alexandre started his career at BNP Paribas Asset Management in 1998.
Alexandre is a graduate of the Reims Management School (Sup de Co program).
Marie-Charlotte Couttenier
Client Relationship Manager France
Marie-Charlotte joined SCOR Investment Partners in November 2020. Previously, she had a similar role for 8 years at HSBC Global Asset Management.
She started her career at Sinopia as a fund manager assistant in 2002, and continued as a fund manager between 2005-2012.
Marie-Charlotte graduated from the Leonard de Vinci School of Engineering (ESILV) in Mathematics and Financial Engineering.

Philippe Secnazi
Client Relationship Manager France
Philippe joined SCOR Investment Partners in June 2017 as the Client relationship Manager, where he is in charge of the business development in France and Monaco. Philippe started his career in 2007 as a salesman at Natixis Asset Management, then he worked successively at Robeco, Source UK and Fideas Capital.
Philippe holds a degree in banking and finance and a master`s degree in finance from the Panthéon-Assas university.

Sophie Jarry
Client Relationship Manager, UK and Nordics
Sophie joined SCOR Investment Partners in August 2020. She previously worked as a VP Emerging market fixed income Sales at Nomura London and at ING bank NV in a similar position. Before moving to London, Sophie worked in Singapore for 4 years with Commerzbank where she started her career in London in 2008 as a Graduate trainee.
Sophie graduated from Audencia Nantes Ecole de Management.

Daniela Coats
Strategic Partnerships Manager
Daniela joined SCOR through the Converium acquisition in 2008 and has held various roles within SCOR Global Investments since its creation. Prior to this, Daniela spent 10 years as a financial controller for banks. She began her career as an auditor for one of the big accounting firms.
Daniela is a graduate of HEC in Lausanne, Switzerland. Daniela has been a CFA Charterholder since 2004 and has acquired the CIPM qualification from the CFA Institute in 2011.

Claire Harding
Director, Global Consultant Relations
Claire Harding joined SCOR Investment Partners as Director, Global Consultant Relations in 2022. She started her career in 1997 as a portfolio analyst and product specialist with PIMCO based in Australia, then the USA. Since then, Claire has served as an Investment Consultant with Russell Investment Group and enjoyed a variety of strategy, marketing and business development roles across Asia, Australia and Europe for a range of Global firms, including serving as Head of Global Consultant Relations for LOIM and Unigestion.
Claire holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.

Raphaelle Poupon
Compliance and Internal Control Officer
Raphaelle joined SCOR Investment Partners as Compliance and Internal Control Officer in March 2015. Prior to joining SCOR IP, she spent nearly 14 years at KPMG as a consultant specializing in regulatory compliance for investment service providers and a management company and investment fund auditor.
Raphaelle is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion.

Benjamin Ayache

Thibaut Lameyse
General Secretary
Thibaut Lameyse joined SCOR in 2015 as an IFRS Specialist. He was subsequently promoted to Strategic Investment Manager at SCOR Global Investments. In October 2021, he is appointed General Secretary of SCOR IP. He started his career in 2011 as a financial auditor at EY.
Thibaut is a graduate of ESSCA and holds a Master’s degree from DSCG.
