Chairman of the Board of Directors
Philipp Rüede joined SCOR in 2025 as CEO of SCOR Life & Health. He became Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Chairman of SCOR Investment Partners' Board of Directors in 2026.
Philipp Rüede began his career in 1999 in the Equity Derivatives Structuring and Trading department at Bank Vontobel in Zurich. From 2000 to 2010, he was Global Co-Head of Equity Derivatives Structuring at CS First Boston. In 2010, he became a Partner at the Swiss electronic trading company Arbillon Capital AG. He joined Swiss Re in Zurich in 2013 as Head of Reinsurance Capital Management, overseeing the optimization of capital efficiency within the Group. From 2015 to 2019, he led a dedicated team of more than 75 professionals as Global Head of P&C Structured Solutions. In 2019, he was appointed Head of the newly formed Alternative Capital Partners team, collaborating across P&C and L&H (re)insurance lines.
He is a graduate of the École Polytechnique in Paris and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zürich).

Céline joined SCOR in 2025 as Group Chief Human Resources Officer. She is a member of SCOR Investment Partners' Board of Directors. Before joining SCOR, she served as Global Head of Human Resources for Allianz Trade. She previously worked in HR leadership roles, and in finance, audit, marketing and organizational functions at Allianz. Her career spans both French and international environments, primarily within the insurance sector.
Cécile is a graduate from ESSEC Business School and La Sorbonne University.

Mathieu joined SCOR in December 2023, as Head of ALM and Group Treasury. He is member of SCOR Investment Partners’ Board of Directors.
Prior to joining SCOR, Mathieu held various positions in the banking industry, particularly in capital markets, risk and ALM, in different geographical locations (Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, London).
Mathieu is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique.

Maï joined the SCOR Group Legal Department in 2007. In March 2015, she was appointed Head of Legal Corporate Finance. In September 2017, she became SCOR Group General Counsel. She is member of the SCOR Investment Partners' Board of Directors.
Maï began her career as a Private Equity and M&A lawyer in international Law firms.
Maï holds a General Management certificate from Harvard Business School and a DJCE from the Rennes Law Faculty, she is also a former member of the Paris Bar.

Dominic Rau is Chief Risk Officer for Financial and Corporate Risks at SCOR. He is a member of SCOR Investment Partners' Board of Directors and serves on the boards of the Cantonal Bank of Glarus and Sympany. Dominic began his career at Swiss Re, later advised leading institutions as a consultant at Synpulse and Deloitte, before returning to Swiss Re to hold senior leadership positions in risk & capital management, and finance performance.
His expertise spans risk management, economic valuation, and strategic transformation.
