Chairman of the Board of directors
François de Varenne, a French citizen, is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and a civil engineer of the Ponts et Chaussées. He holds a PhD in finance and graduated as an actuary from the Institut de Science Financière et d’Assurances (ISFA). François de Varenne joined the Fédération Française des Sociétés d’Assurances (FFSA) in 1993 as Manager of Economic and Financial Affairs. In London, beginning in 1998, he served successively as Insurance Strategist with Lehman Brothers, Vice-President for asset management solutions, and structured transactions specialist in insurance and reinsurance companies at Merrill Lynch and then at Deutsche Bank. In 2003, he became Managing Partner of Gimar Finance & Cie. He joined SCOR in 2005 as Director of Corporate Finance and Asset Management. On September 3, 2007, he was named Group Chief Operating Officer and joined the Executive Committee. On October 29, 2008, François de Varenne was appointed Chief Executive Officer of SCOR Global Investments. In September 2021, he began oversight of an enlarged area of leadership including Investments, Technology, Budget, Transformation and Group Corporate Finance. From January 26, 2023, to April 30, 2023, he was Interim CEO of SCOR.
Deputy Chairman of the Board of directors
Sylvie joined SCOR in 2013 as Deputy Head of Risk Management and was promoted to Head of Risk Coverage in 2020. She is Deputy Chairman of SCOR Investment Partners' Board of Directors. Before joining SCOR, she previously worked for Deloitte as a Senior Manager and Director in Chicago and Paris, assisting major US insurance and reinsurance companies on M&A, strategic positioning, ERM and Actuarial audits.
Sylvie is a Fellow of the French Institute of Actuaries, holds a Master in Actuarial Science and earned the CERA designation.

Vincent joined SCOR in 2009 as Manager of the Chairman’s Office, prior to being named Group General Secretary. He went on to contribute to developing SCOR's ILS Strategies and in 2014 became Chief Underwriting Officer of SCOR Global P&C Alternative Solutions. In 2018, he was appointed Deputy CEO of SCOR Global P&C Partners and in 2022 he became CEO of P&C Partners. He is member of SCOR Investment Partners' Board of Directors.
Vincent began his career at Société Générale in Asia, before joining the Allianz group in 2001 as an Investor Relations Officer. In addition to his functions he took on the management of the AGF Chairman’s Office, adding the management of the long-term investments portfolio in 2006. In 2007, he became Managing Director of the asset management company Tocqueville Finance.
Vincent is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées (ENSTA ParisTech). He is also a certified Financial Analyst and Actuary. He holds Executive MBA's from the Centre des Hautes Etudes d'Assurances (CHEA) and HEC Paris.

Maï joined the SCOR Group Legal Department in 2007. In March 2015, she was appointed Head of Legal Corporate Finance. In September 2017, she became SCOR Group General Counsel. She is member of the SCOR Investment Partners' Board of Directors.
Maï began her career as a Private Equity and M&A lawyer in international Law firms.
Maï holds a General Management certificate from Harvard Business School and a DJCE from the Rennes Law Faculty, she is also a former member of the Paris Bar.

Yves joined SCOR in 2020 as Head of Compensation and Benefits and was promoted to Group Head of Human Resources in 2023. He is member of SCOR Investment Partners' Board of Directors
Prior to joining SCOR, Yves Goldschild was in charge of Compensation and Benefits at TechnipFMC, first for France, then for the Europe, Middle East, Africa region. Between 2008 and 2014, he was Head of Compensation and Benefits at Casino. He previously held similar positions at Dexia, after working in the financial markets.
Yves Goldschild is a graduate of the University of Paris-Dauphine and ENSAE.
