Insurance-linked securities

SCOR Investment Partners: a leading player in the Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS) market

Since 2011, we have been investing in the Insurance-Linked Securities market, with an offer mainly targeting natural catastrophe risks.

We operate in various segments of the alternative capital market for insurance risks: catastrophe bonds and private transactions (collateralized reinsurance and industry-loss warranties in particular). This alternative capital market has been developing over more than two decades and provides access to diverse risk portfolios exposed to peak natural perils.

Our value proposition is based on a perfect mastery of the ILS segment as a whole and a moderate risk appetite.
Transparency, risk management and diversification are at the heart of our investment philosophy.

We invest in instruments (catastrophe bonds and private transactions) that we know how to model thanks to our quantitative analysis and the independent scientific research to which we have access. We build liquid and highly diversified investment solutions (in terms of perils, triggers, regions, sequencing of events and risk levels) that take into account the impact of climate change.
